REGULATIONS

These regulations apply to every event organized by Limitless.

This event is a gathering of vehicles following a scenic route.

The participating vehicle and its driver must comply with Belgian traffic laws, including:

- The vehicle must be registered.

- The vehicle must be insured (at least for civil liability).

- The vehicle must be in good mechanical condition and in accordance with traffic regulations.

- The driver must hold a valid driver’s license.

The organizers reserve the right to inspect the vehicle for both appearance and authenticity and may request additional documents or proof if necessary.

The organizers reserve the right to deny a vehicle from starting if it does not comply with the above provisions—this decision is final and cannot be contested.

Participants and passengers must, under all circumstances, follow the instructions of the organizers and their identifiable representatives (armband or vest), as well as the Police.

The organizers reserve the right to modify the itinerary of the tour, even without prior notice, if circumstances require it.

For organizational, public, and safety reasons, it is not allowed to start with a vehicle other than the one registered. Under no conditions will registration fees be refunded.

Before the start, a "Waiver of Liability" form must be completed and signed.

Limitless may contact participants using the provided contact details. Limitless commits to keeping contact information private and strictly adheres to GDPR regulations.

By registering, the participant confirms that they have read and fully agree to the above terms and conditions

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I agree and declare that:

I drive at my own risk, and the organizers are not responsible for any accidents, thefts, or fines.

The organizers are not liable to the driver or passengers of any participating vehicle, nor to any third party, for any damage that may result from accidents, losses, or theft, or any damage that may arise from participating or interfering in this event. They cannot be held accountable or responsible, individually or collectively.

There is no competitive element associated with Limitless events. Participants are strictly prohibited from racing. The suggested route is purely indicative and informational and does not bind the organizers in any way.

Participants commit to complying with applicable laws and police regulations, including wearing seatbelts, speed limits, hands-free calling, etc. Any fines imposed for violations or infractions cannot be claimed from the organizers.

In case of an accident or breakdown, the participant remains fully liable. The participant is also entirely responsible for their vehicle during breakdown assistance, including any damage that may occur as a result of the assistance. The organization cannot be held responsible for any related costs.

Every participant must start with a vehicle that is technically sound. The participant declares to the organizers that they have a valid inspection certificate without any restrictions on the normal validity period. Additionally, they declare that the vehicle they are participating with is adequately insured and covered by the compulsory civil liability insurance (BA insurance or WAM insurance).

By signing this document before participating in Limitless events, the participant accepts the above terms, including the liability waivers, and commits to adhering to them.
