Prepare to conquer the legendary North Coast 500 on a high-octane journey through the most iconic landscapes in the Highlands. This epic supercar expedition blends cinematic mountain passes with endless coastal straights for the ultimate driving experience.

  • Are you ready to embark on an epic road trip along the North Coast 500? We have carefully chosen a highly exciting and stunning route on the twistiest and most dynamic roads of Scotland.

    You will not only be able to discover the amazing scenery but also the dynamic capabilities of your vehicle! And there is no better way to do this than with friends and fellow petrolheads.

  • After a day of driving, we have checked you into the best hotels, the area has to offer. They have private parking and an outstanding breakfast.

    All hotel rooms will be for 2 people.

    For lunch you can choose what you like, but we will give some great suggestions along the route.

  • We are going to Scotland to drive but also to discover some of the coolest places and activities.

    From the Skyfall scene to visiting a distillery to shooting some clay pigeons. It will be a week to never forget.

The route

This route is a masterclass in driving that loops through the best of the Highlands via the iconic North Coast 500. You will trade the city for the cinematic stretches of Glencoe, famous for that Skyfall silhouette, before hitting the rugged West Coast where the roads get technical and the views get massive.

It is a mix of white-knuckle hairpins, sweeping coastal straights, and miles of empty asphalt that feel like they were designed specifically for your supercar.

From the jagged cliffs of the north to the hidden glens of the interior, it is a pure and unadulterated "drivers' trip" through the most dramatic landscapes in Scotland.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 - The Warm-up Lap

    Driving from the ferry to Greater Glasgow, a great warm up for what is to come.

  • Day 2 - West Coast Adventure

    West coast driving with endless winding roads near Glencoe.

    Hotel: The Albannach

  • Day 3 - North Scotland

    Exploring the true North Coast of Scotland.

  • Day 4 -The heart of Scotland

    The final stint through the heart of Scotland down to Edinburgh.

FAQs

  • To give you the freedom we have not included the flights nor rental vehicle. You can decide if you want to stay longer or which vehicle you would like to rent depending on your preferences.

    Here is a breakdown of rough costs:

    Flights from Belgium: 600-800 euro per person (economy)

    Rental car Shelby Mustang (Hertz): 600-700 euro

    Lunch: Depends on where you eat

    Fuel: 200-300 euro

  • No, not at all! The first few minutes and roundabouts can be confusing but the roads are made in such a way that you cannot mess it up.

    Leaving carparks is the most tricky bit to remember.

  • For entry into the UK you will need the following:

    • International passport

    Please apply for these items in advance as it can take a few weeks to arrive.

  • It is advisable to get extra insurance such as travel insurance that covers medical bills.

    For car insurance, please check with your insurance company. The highest form of insurance is advised.
